  • Conversion Tracking Setup

  • Creative Strategy Consulting

All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal outlining scope, pricing, and deliverables.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While VARZY strives to deliver profitable and scalable advertising campaigns, we do not guarantee specific results including:

  • Revenue amounts

  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)

  • Lead volume

  • Conversion rates

Advertising performance depends on multiple external factors including market conditions, competition, offer quality, and platform algorithm changes.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Provide necessary access to ad accounts, websites, and analytics tools

  • Approve creatives and campaigns in a timely manner

  • Maintain compliance with advertising platform policies

Delays in approvals or incomplete access may impact campaign performance.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are outlined in the service agreement.

  • Payments must be made on time as agreed.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms and is separate from VARZY service fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials created by VARZY (ad creatives, strategies, funnels, reports) remain the intellectual property of VARZY unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce proprietary frameworks without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

VARZY agrees to keep all client business information confidential.

Clients also agree not to disclose proprietary strategies or internal processes shared by VARZY.

8. Limitation of Liability

VARZY shall not be held liable for:

  • Platform account suspensions

  • Algorithm changes

  • Business losses

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to VARZY in the previous billing period.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the written agreement terms.

Upon termination:

  • Access to active campaigns may be revoked

  • Outstanding balances remain payable

  • Ongoing ad spend is non-refundable

10. Compliance With Advertising Platforms

Clients acknowledge that VARZY does not control advertising platforms such as:

  • Meta

  • Google

  • TikTok

Account suspensions, disapprovals, or restrictions are outside of VARZY’s direct control.

11. Changes to Terms

VARZY reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law
