VARZY / POLICIES & INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VARZY LLC ("VARZY," "we," "us") handles personal information in connection with our website, business inquiries and agency relationships. It also explains the choices and rights that may be available to you. Our services are intended for business clients.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
VARZY LLC is responsible for personal information collected for its own website and business operations. Contact us at contact@varzy.com or at our business mailing address: 30 N GOULD ST STE F
SHERIDAN WY 82801
United States.
When we process information solely on a client’s instructions while delivering marketing services, the client’s privacy notice and the applicable data processing agreement govern that processing. Direct requests about a client’s customer records to that client; we will assist as required by our agreement and applicable law.
2. Information we collect
- Inquiry information: your name, business email, company, website, service interests, optional advertising budget range, message and any other information you choose to send.
- Business relationship information: correspondence, project briefs, proposals, agreements, invoices, billing contact details and records needed to deliver an agreed service.
- Account access information: permissions and business account identifiers you authorize us to use for a project. Please use delegated access rather than sending passwords through the contact form.
- Technical information: device and browser information, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, request logs, security information and interactions with the site, as generated by our hosting platform and enabled tools.
- Cookie and preference information: consent choices and identifiers used for essential functions or optional features, as described in our Cookie Policy.
We receive information directly from you, from people acting for your business, from systems you authorize us to access, and from our website platform. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, payment card details or information you are not authorized to share through an inquiry form.
3. How and why we use information
- To respond to inquiries and assess whether our services fit your needs.
- To prepare proposals, manage relationships and deliver agreed services.
- To administer billing, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
- To keep the website and business systems working, investigate misuse and protect rights and security.
- To understand and improve website use where the relevant analytics and consent settings permit it.
- To send marketing communications only where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent. An inquiry by itself is not a newsletter subscription.
Where the EEA or UK data protection rules apply, our legal bases may include steps requested before a contract and performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, consent, and legitimate interests. Our legitimate interests include responding to business inquiries, managing business relationships, keeping systems secure and improving our services, subject to balancing those interests against your rights. Where you are a contact at a corporate client, relationship administration generally relies on legitimate interests rather than a contract with you personally. Optional tracking relies on consent where required. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
4. Who receives information?
Information may be handled by providers that support website hosting, email, business communications, recordkeeping, payments and agreed service delivery. This website uses Shopify as its ecommerce and hosting platform. Shopify’s processing is described in its Privacy Policy.
When you engage us, authorized advertising, analytics, email or other service platforms may process information needed for the agreed work. The platforms used depend on your scope and instructions. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities where legally required, parties needed to protect legal rights, or participants in a genuine business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
5. Advertising, sale and sharing choices
Some privacy laws classify disclosure through advertising technologies as a “sale,” “sharing” or processing for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. Where these technologies are enabled, the available privacy controls and applicable consent requirements govern their use. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to manage optional tracking or record a browser-level sale/sharing opt-out. You may also contact contact@varzy.com for requests relating to information held outside your browser.
Global Privacy Control and similar signals are handled by supported platform privacy controls in the regions where those controls apply. Cookie choices apply to the browser and device used and may need to be repeated on another browser or after clearing cookies. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
6. International processing
VARZY is based in the United States and works with business clients internationally. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where relevant providers operate. Privacy protections may differ between countries. Where a restricted international transfer is subject to EEA or UK law, a lawful transfer mechanism is required, such as an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for details of the safeguards applicable to your information or to request a copy, subject to necessary redactions.
7. How long do we keep information?
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature and status of the inquiry or engagement, the sensitivity of the information, tax and accounting requirements, potential legal claims, security needs and contractual obligations. When information is no longer required, it should be deleted or anonymized, subject to backup cycles and lawful preservation requirements. Contact us for information about the retention period relevant to your records.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the laws that apply to our processing, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of certain sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Some rights are subject to exceptions. We do not promise that every law or right applies to every person or processing activity.
Send requests to contact@varzy.com, describing your request and the information involved. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Where an appeal right applies, reply to our decision with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
You may complain to your local data protection authority. For the EEA, authority details are available through the European Data Protection Board. In the UK, see the Information Commissioner’s Office. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
9. Security, children and external links
We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the systems involved. No website, email service or transmission method is completely secure. Our website and services are directed at adults acting for businesses and are not intended for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. External sites and platforms have their own practices; their privacy notices apply when you use them.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this notice when our operations or applicable requirements change. The revision date appears above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Questions and privacy requests: contact@varzy.com.
