VARZY / POLICIES & INFORMATION
Service Terms
Last updated: October 15, 2026
VARZY provides digital marketing services to businesses. This page explains the general basis on which an engagement is discussed. A signed or otherwise validly accepted written service agreement sets the binding scope and commercial terms. This page does not replace that agreement or make an inquiry a paid engagement.
1. Scope and approval
The proposal or statement of work should identify the services, deliverables, channels, milestones, reporting arrangements, client dependencies, revision allowances and exclusions. Services may include media buying, creative strategy, landing pages, conversion optimization, analytics and email marketing. Only the items expressly included in the accepted scope are included in the engagement.
Work outside the agreed scope, additional revisions or a material change in requirements should be documented and approved, including any effect on fees and timing, before it proceeds.
2. Fees, advertising spend and third-party costs
Agency fees, payment dates, currency, taxes and any deposit are specified in the written agreement. Advertising spend, platform subscriptions, licensed assets and other external costs are separate unless expressly included. No public website text authorizes us to spend your advertising budget.
Campaign budgets and permitted changes should be approved in writing. Where practicable, advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the relevant platform. If another arrangement is agreed, the responsibilities and reconciliation process should be recorded.
3. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business and product information, lawful and substantiated claims, necessary materials and permissions, a working website and timely feedback. The client must have rights to use the supplied content and a lawful basis for any personal information used in campaigns.
The client is responsible for its own products, fulfillment, customer service, pricing, refunds and legally required notices. The parties should agree who reviews and approves campaigns, pages and creative before publication. Delayed access, missing information or approval changes may affect schedules.
4. Accounts, access and security
We recommend client ownership of advertising, analytics, email and website accounts. Access should use appropriate delegated permissions rather than shared personal passwords. Required access, security responsibilities and removal of access at the end of the engagement should be agreed. Do not send passwords or payment credentials through our contact form.
5. Creative, deliverables and licenses
Ownership of final deliverables, payment conditions for any transfer, use of working files, pre-existing materials and portfolio permissions must be specified in the written agreement. Third-party fonts, music, images, software and other licensed assets remain subject to their license terms. No transfer of third-party rights is implied.
6. Reporting and performance
The parties should agree the reporting cadence, key metrics and source systems. Platform reporting can differ because of attribution windows, consent choices, blocked tracking, refunds, data delays and other limitations. Marketing is iterative and involves uncertainty. VARZY does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, leads, sales, ranking position, revenue, profit or return on ad spend.
7. Third-party platforms
Advertising and other platforms may reject content, suspend accounts, alter features or change policies. Work must respect applicable laws and relevant platform rules. Any appeal or remediation work should be scoped separately where it falls outside the agreed engagement. Platform availability and approval are not guaranteed.
8. Personal information and confidentiality
Each party must handle personal information lawfully and protect confidential information according to the written agreement and applicable law. Where VARZY processes personal information on the client’s behalf, the parties should execute any required data processing agreement, document instructions, assess international transfers and agree on access and deletion arrangements before that processing begins.
9. Pausing, ending and handover
The written agreement governs the engagement term, notice, renewal, suspension, termination and handover. It should also cover outstanding work, access removal, treatment of approved external commitments and any final reconciliation. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy. No minimum term, automatic renewal or nonrefundable deposit is imposed solely by this website.
10. Questions
For a proposal or questions about an existing agreement, contact contact@varzy.com. If this page conflicts with your accepted service agreement, the agreement controls to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
