VARZY IS NOT A LAW FIRM

Varzy LLC is a document-review service. It is not a law firm, it does not practise law, and no one working for it acts as your attorney. Nothing on this website and nothing in a Varzy report is legal advice.

Varzy LLC is a limited liability company formed in Wyoming. Registered address: 30 N GOULD ST STE F
SHERIDAN WY 82801. Email: contact@varzyllc.com

WHAT A VARZY REVIEW IS

A Varzy review is a written description of a document you send us. It tells you, in plain language:

- what each section of the document says;
- which terms are unusual or one-sided compared with what we commonly see in documents of the same kind;
- where a term appears to conflict with a well-established statutory rule in the relevant state;
- the dates, notice periods, and deadlines the document creates; and
- questions you may want to put to the other side.

WHAT A VARZY REVIEW IS NOT

- It is not an opinion on your legal rights or obligations.
- It is not a recommendation to sign, refuse to sign, negotiate, or take any other action.
- It is not a prediction of how a court would read your document.
- It is not a substitute for a licensed attorney, and it does not tell you whether you need one.
- It is not a complete account of the law in your state, which changes and which varies by locality.

NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

Using this website, contacting us, or buying a review does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Varzy LLC or anyone associated with it. Because no such relationship exists, what you send us is NOT protected by attorney-client privilege and may be discoverable in litigation. If confidentiality of that kind matters to you, speak to an attorney instead of using this service.

AUTOMATED PROCESSING

Varzy uses software, including artificial-intelligence systems supplied by calude ai , to help read and summarise documents. Automated systems make mistakes. A review may contain errors, may miss a term, and may describe a term imprecisely. You should read your document yourself and should not rely on a Varzy review as your only source of information about it.

GET ADVICE WHEN YOU NEED IT

If you are facing eviction, a dispute, a deadline with legal consequences, or any decision where the stakes are significant, consult an attorney licensed in your state. Many states have lawyer-referral services and free or low-cost legal-aid organisations; your state bar association can point you to them.
