We provide written reviews of leases, contracts, and similar documents. The scope of each review is described on the product page for the service you buy. VARZY LLC IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Our services are offered for documents governed by the law of a US state. We do not accept documents from other jurisdictions.
5. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars and are per document. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment processing; we do not store your card details. A "document" means one agreement together with its attached exhibits, addenda, and schedules. A separate guaranty, a second property, or an unrelated agreement is a separate document.
If the document you upload is materially longer or more complex than the service you bought covers, we will tell you before starting work and you may either pay the difference or cancel for a full refund.
6. YOUR DOCUMENT AND WHAT YOU PROMISE US
By uploading a document you confirm that you are a party to it, or are acting with the authority of a party, or otherwise have the right to share it with us. You are responsible for redacting anything you do not want us to see. Do not upload material you are prohibited from disclosing.
You keep all rights in your document. You grant us a limited licence to store, read, and process it solely to produce your review and to meet our legal obligations.
7. TURNAROUND
Turnaround times stated on the site are measured from the moment we receive a complete, legible document, not from the moment you pay. They are targets, not guarantees. If we are going to miss one materially, we will tell you.
8. YOUR REPORT
The report we deliver is for your own use. You may share it with your advisers, your landlord or tenant, and the other side of your transaction. You may not resell it, publish it, or present it as the work of a lawyer.
9. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use this site to break the law, to upload malware, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape the site at scale, or to harass anyone. We may refuse or cancel any order, and may close any account, where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except where the law does not allow it, our services are provided "as is". We do not warrant that a review will be complete, error-free, or suited to any particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted. We make no representation about the legal effect of any document.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, Varzy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, or lost opportunity, arising out of your use of the site or a review. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.
13. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify Varzy LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or from your uploading a document you had no right to share.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the law of Wyoming , without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Eyoming, and you and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
15. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the subject matter.
